1. This is my personal car, Matt (owner of Proco and dent vision) backed his boat trailer into my car (while it was parked), and after lots of arguments, and being told that I was “Lucky I even told you”, and that if I were to get insurance involved he would make it out to seem like it was my fault, this was his “repair”. The paint match was terrible, and now a year and a half later more and more paint is chipping off the bumper every time I wash it. The bumper was covered in bumps and is hazy in multiple spots. And when I confronted Matt about this he would not even admit to backing into my car and trashing my bumper. So I called the body shop that painted it, and was informed that Matt instructed the painter to get it done as quickly and cheaply as possible. If he can’t even do right by his ONLY employee at the time, that doesn’t inspire much confidence.2. A full service detail shop with no floor drain? While employed I was instructed to squeegee the water/chemical mess on the pavement into the parking lot, so it could run down into the field. These chemicals included (purple power, muriatic acid, iron removers, heavy duty wheel cleaners & more)3. They use Kar Kare for paint and Clear Image Tinting and clear bra for tint/clear bra and charge extra, so for a better deal call them directly4. I was NEVER ONCE provided or offered PPE while applying Ceramic coatings or spraying muriatic acid. Which are both extremely toxic.In conclusion, Matt is dishonest, has poor business practices, and your money would be better spent at a detail/PDR shop that is run by someone who is at least somewhat knowledgeable about detailing with a trustworthy owner.And I’m now on the hook for a $1700+ repair to fix his mistake.Also be wary of ProCo Detailing as they’re both owned by the same guy.

These guys really care about their customers! They go above and beyond to make the best out of a bad situation. We were in a hailstorm in wellington and had both of our vehicles damaged. Dent Vision handled everything with the insurance and got us in a month earlier than anyone else!

Had a pretty big crease from a door ding on the line of our new car. Checked several places in Fort Collins to see what they'd charge and didn't get a sense knew how to do it well. Talked with Dent Vision and he knew his stuff. Got it back and you can't even see the dent! I thought you might see a little since it was in such a tough spot but they did amazing. And he had a little touch up paint that matched so he fixed that too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dent Vision was GREAT! I have used them twice so far. I had hail damage all over my truck and they made the entire repair process easy and seamless. Great attitudes and detail oriented service. It was repaired back to brand new! I will continue to work with Dent Vision in the future without a doubt.

Dent Vision did a fine job fixing a dent that was covered by my vehicle's service plan, also buffed out some scratches quickly and inexpensively even though it wasn't planned. Took exactly as long as they said it would. Would recommend.

Yet again, these guys did an outstanding job on our truck. We took in a work truck that an ex employee absolutely trashed the inside and they made it look damn near brand new again! Really enjoy doing business with them... extremely friendly and always do wonders with whatever they touch.....thus why we keep returning. Thanks again guys!

Talking about freak accidents, a large tree branch hit my truck on I-25 going 65 mph. Took out my passage side mirror and a lot of scratches. Matt and his team took care of all of the insurance details and fit my beautiful truck back to new. I only had it for 10 months and at the time of the accident was crushed. They went the extra mile and made sure the whole truck was like new, even in some areas that were not related. Plus I had them do detailing on the inside to clean out my 5-year-old daughter's mess. lol. So new outside as well as inside. Thanks, for the outstanding service.

My car had hundreds of dents from a recent hailstorm, and Matt did a great job on the repair. He and Kim gave excellent service, and my car was super clean when I got it back. Dent Vision is great!

I got a deep scratch and a huge ding right at the body line of my X7. It was parked in Costco parking lot for less than 30 minutes and most likely someone tried to cut through between my car with a cart. It was extremely infuriating b/c there’s not much I could do at that point. Matt and his team got me in the same week with a reasonable price and they did an amazing job. Matt was able to get the dent out seamlessly despite being right at the body line. Unfortunately, the touch up paint I ordered through BMW got delayed 2 weeks so I had to come back on another day to get the touch up paint. But they followed through with what they promised and got me in as soon as I got the paint. Given the circumstance, the paint is still a bit noticeable but only when you look closely. I highly recommend Dent Vision.

Highly Recommend Dent Vision. I have used them multiple times and they always meet the expectation and timeline. Matt and his team are great, definitely the best in the business. There was a detailed discussion of what I needed, costs and options, and the best ways to get there. The staff was very accommodating and flexible, and the outcomes were superb. Very pleased with Dent Vision, and already lining up additional work with them on another vehicle.

Stopped in a while back to see about fixing a dent. The owner looked at it and talked for 15 mins about how hard it was going to be to fix the dent, and his price kept going up and up. Like he was talking himself into charging me more. Very strange. I left and went to Car Cosmetics. They literally got me in and fixed the dent faster than this place could give me an estimate and were WAY cheaper. No thanks.

My brand new suv got backed into in a parking lot and they were able to get all the dents out of the liftgate. I was so concerned paint work or extensive repair would be needed they really surprised me with their work to fix it in a quick amount of time no less.

I took my car here to get hail damage repaired they did an excellent job no complaints there. But there detailer burnt my clear coat by buffing to hard which I'm pretty disappointed by. I'd advice that she (the detailer) get a little more training under her belt before she does this again to someone else's car who won't be as lenient as I am

Professional! Quick response! Amazing work!Called over the weekend and sent an email to setup an appointment for a quote on a door ding. Not during business hours but they were quick to respond and I was able to come in the following Monday.Initially planning on just getting a quote and setting up a time to come in later in the week for repairs.Nick was able to get me in right away. They finished in the time It took me to make a few phone calls. I was in/out Dent Vision in less than 30 minutes.They took out few extra dents along the way. Buffed and polished the door and back to new ! AMAZING work ! I’m impressed with their quality and experience.Other locations quotes were higher and would need my vehicle for a day or two. Dent vision was able to do it for lower price, fast, & more efficiently. I wouldn’t have to take any time off work.This will be my “Go To” place if I ever need more work done .

My father had a dent in his van, and we’d had quotes of over $2000 to fix it. The van isn’t even worth that much! We called Dent Vision and they said they could do it for a fraction of the price, and in a single day. Not only did they fix the dent so that you can’t even see where it is – (honestly, it’s the best looking part of the car now ) but they went above and beyond and even cleaned my dad’s bike! Fantastic, fast and affordable service!

I bought a new truck, so I needed to clean up my old truck before selling by owner. I got ahold of Matt at Dent Vision and asked if he could do a list of things that included detailing, replacing windshield, replacing rear backup sensors, and popping out a couple of dents. I had a couple dents on the tailgate that were eyesores, now it looks as if they never existed. He outsourced the windshield replacement and had one of his guys install the new rear backup sensors. My truck was 14 years old and had never been detailed, and after his team got through with it, it looked amazing! It was ready for the glamour pics and shortly after I posted it for sale. Matt and his team were great, I was was especially happy that I was able to get 4 different things done that normally would have required me to take to 3 different places. Great communication throughout, and great results! I highly recommend Dent Vision.

Our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was damaged in a hail storm on Raton Pass. Dent Vision did an amazing job repairing the dents. Looking at the vehicle one could not tell that it had ever been damaged and we had the vehicle back within a week. I strongly recommend Dent Vision. They have my complete confidence.

Dent vision did an amazing job on my Honda Civic after getting around $11,000 in hail damage. I knew my car would be in the shop for longer than anticipated, but they let me know from the beginning a rough estimate of how long it would be. The whole team made this process as simple and easy as possible which I appreciated because I've never had to deal with this kind of issue before. When I was able to pick up my car, it seemed as though I just got it off the dealerahip lot with how clean my car was. I would reccomend Dent Vision to anybody looking for a LOCAL and HONEST company to repair your vehicle.

Fantastic customer service! We had a significant amount of hail damage to our Subaru Forester, and we still owe money on it, so the bank, insurance company, repair shop and I were all involved. These guys took a convoluted, seemingly bass-ackward process and made it simple for us.They helped us in dealing with the insurance company (which was more difficult than I expected), helped us get our rental car, finished the job far ahead of schedule (three days!), arranged for the glass replacement, and the car looks brand new!I'm not one to waste my time posting reviews for every thing I buy, so you can believe it when I say that Dent Vision is a first class shop.

Brought in my 2007 Shelby, I was told the roof, hood, and trunk lid needed to be replaced. Dent Vision worked magic on it and removed every dent maintaining the original body panels. I took it to the next level with Ceramic Coat. The car is amazing and looks great. Thanks again.

Excellent Dent Repair! My 2018 Dodge Rebel had 2 dents I didn’t think anyone could get out but Dent Vision made it look new again. Great customer service and I didn’t have to wait weeks to get in to their shop for repair. Highly recommend Dent Vision.

Dent Vision was recommended to me by a family member, and I am so glad I chose to go here for hail damage done to my car. Matt and Jeremiah were kind, calm and no fuss. They took care of everything for me including the work to be done with my insurance company! They kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in the shop and made the whole process super easy. THEN...when I got my car back I was AMAZED!!! It looked BRAND NEW, off the car lot new! They got EVERY SINGLE dent fixed and then went the extra mile to clean the outside of the car, wax and clean the inside too! I couldn't be more pleased!!! I had put a dent in the trunk lid of my BMW M3 and it was right on the body line, I had gone to a couple other places to get quotes and one place said they would have to remove the trunk lid to do the repair which included repainting it. The color of my car would be really hard to match and the last thing I wanted is to have it repainted so I went to another shop that did dent removal and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it because of the location of the dent, so they recommended I go back to the first place I went, which I refused to do. I continued to look for a place to repair my car, I called Dent Vision and after sending Matt pics of the damage he wanted to look at it so I took it in. After looking at it he said that he would be able repair the dent. I was pretty aprehensive because of the location of the dent but I trusted what Matt said so I dropped my car off and when I picked it up I couldn't believe how well it turned out. You literally can't tell it ever had a dent, they did a superb job with the repair! I was so happy with the results I couldn't wait to show my wife and when she looked at it and she couldn't believe at how well it turned out. These guys are great and Matt did an awesome job on my car. I've been back to have them do some smaller things to my car that involved installing a carbon fiber trunk spoiler and carbon fiber mirror covers simply because I trust these guys and I know what an incredible job they do. The trunk spoiler and mirror covers where put on by Ben who runs the detail department at Dent Vision called Proco and once again a superb job with the installation. Dent Vision is definately my go-to for any cosmetic work that needs to be done to any of my vehicles!

Matt and his team did an amazing job on my Tacoma. I got caught in a recent hail storm in Boulder that resulted in my Tacoma having hundreds of nickel sized dents. As you can tell from the pictures my truck looks new again. He also worked with my insurance company to get the proper supplemental payment worked out. I highly recommend these guys!

My 2016 Ford F150 Supercrew truck was extensively damaged by the hail storm that hit Lakewood & Golden in May of 2017. The truck's damages totaled close to $15,000. Based upon the initial estimate put together by my insurance company, there were multiple types of repairs specified for my truck: Complete part R&R, Conventional body repair, and paintless dent removal. Dent Vision was able to take the entire repair scope on and perform all of the repairs. Thus, I Would definitely consider and use Dent Vision for any of your Body Repair needs. Matt / Dent Vision worked directly with my insurance company to provide all detailed information in order to get any required supplements approved in a quick expedient manner, as to not extend the schedule for repairs. I am very satisfied with the work that Dent Vision did both for all exterior work and all interior Cab put back work -They exceeded my expectations.

Took my car in as a last ditch effort to remove a dent without having to do bodywork and repaint a hard to match color. To make it worse, the dent was on a body line which complicated any possible pdr. They were very upfront that they couldn't guarantee it would be 100% until they worked on it, due to the area. Decided it was less risk than repainting. Dropped the car off this morning and within 4 hours they called and told me they had it done. You can't even tell there was a dent. These guys did awesome work, and will go to them for any dent repairs in the future.

I had no idea the insurance and scheduling process for repairing the hail damage to my car. Matt walked me thru and helped with everything insurance. Matt, Sean and Dominic smoothed out all the dents so you'd never know I was outside in the storm. And they got me in and out before any other shop could even schedule. Best of the best! Thank you!!

Dent Vision has an amazing team of talented professionals. My truck had numerous dents due to a recent hail storm. I contacted a couple of local body shop for estimates and was surprised at how much the damage truly was. I contact Dent Vision and spoke to Matt. Matt took my truck into his shop to evaluate the damage and emailed me a claim. His bid was extremely thorough with great information. I dropped my truck off early Monday morning. Donovan was there before the business opened. He greeted me and said he would take care of it. Matt called that afternoon and said my truck would be ready on Friday morning. Matt and his team completed my truck 1 day early and detailed it. My truck looks great! I would highly recommend Dent Vision to anyone who's had the unfortunate event of hail damage. Matt and his team are top notch and you will not be disappointed.

Dent Vision is, first and foremost, a top-notch dent repair facility. The work on my hail-damaged car was exquisitely performed and there's not a dent to be seen. By far, the highest quality of body work I've been privy too. Then, there's the fantastic customer service. Other reviews here would have you believe that Matt is some incredibly awesome guy who personally makes you feel welcome, your car will be totally cared for, and he is really happy to have your business. Well, that's all totally true! If you're looking for the highest craftsmanship and the best service, choose this place.
